How to make:

Add one (1) teaspoon of herbs to a cup of freshly boiled water.

Let steep while covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain & enjoy.


For a more potent herbal infusion, allow tea to steep for 4-8 hours before drinking.


Consume twice, daily.
