Ingredients: 
Sarsaparilla
Pau D'arco
Burdock Root
Dandelion Root
Nettle Leaf
 
Instructions:
Use freshly boiled water (water that has only been boiled once)
Use 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup of tea
Keep covered and steep for 10-15 minutes 
For maximum benefit, let the tea steep for 4-8 hours before drinking
Drink 1-2 cups per day
