How to Use
Tea: Use 1 tea bag and freshly boiled water. Steep for 5-10 minutes while covered. Enjoy.
Herbal Infusion: Add 1-2 teabags and freshly boiled water to a mug that can be covered. Let steep over night and consume the next day.
